Simba Nik Naks-Crusted Chicken Tenders

Crispy, flavor-packed chicken with a South African twist.
🧂 Ingredients:
2 cups Simba Fruit Chutney Nik Naks, crushed finely
500g chicken breast, cut into strips
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying (or use an air fryer)
Optional: Mrs. H.S. Ball’s Chutney for dipping
🧑🍳 Instructions:
Prep Coating Stations:
Place flour in one bowl (season with salt & pepper).
Beaten eggs in another.
Crushed Nik Naks in a third bowl.
Dredge Chicken:
Coat chicken strips in flour, then egg, then crushed Nik Naks.
Cook:
Fry in hot oil (180°C / 350°F) for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
OR air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve:
Serve hot with Mrs. H.S. Ball’s Chutney on the side.
