Biltong & Chutney Breakfast Scramble

A protein-packed breakfast with South African bold flavors.
🧂 Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk or cream
1/2 cup Authentic Biltong Chili Bites, chopped
2 tbsp Mrs. H.S. Ball’s Chutney
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
🧑🍳 Instructions:
Whisk Eggs:
In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Cook Scramble:
Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour in eggs and stir gently with a spatula.
Add Biltong:
When eggs are halfway set, stir in chopped biltong.
Finish:
Once cooked to your liking, remove from heat.
Drizzle chutney on top or swirl it in for a sweet-spicy kick.
Serve With:
Toast, rusks, or even inside a wrap for an on-the-go option.
