Shipping & Delivery FAQ

1. How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

2. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping (3–5 business days). We’re working on adding faster shipping options in the near future!

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" page to check your order status and tracking details.

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Please contact us as soon as possible via our “Talk to Us” page or live chat.

5. What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate the issue and work with the shipping provider to resolve it.
