Ouma Rusk Rooibos Milk Tart Parfait

A no-bake layered dessert with the nostalgic taste of milk tart and rooibos tea.
🧂 Ingredients:
4–5 Ouma Buttermilk or Muesli Rusks, crushed
2 Freshpak Rooibos Tea bags
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup vanilla custard (store-bought or homemade)
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon, for dusting
1 tsp vanilla extract
🧑🍳 Instructions:
Steep Rooibos Cream:
Brew the Freshpak Rooibos Tea in 1/3 cup boiling water.
Let steep for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Whip the cream with the cooled tea, vanilla extract, and sugar (optional) until soft peaks form.
Layer the Parfait:
In a glass or jar, layer crushed Ouma Rusks, then a spoonful of custard, then rooibos cream.
Repeat until the jar is full.
Finish:
Dust the top with cinnamon.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
