Boerewors De Boeuf
Same great taste as our traditional Boerewors, but a beef only option and produced with beef collagen casings so there is no pork and no natural hog casings. A delicious beef grilling sausage boldly flavoured in the traditional South African way, with strong coriander notes rounded off by a hint of clove, nutmeg and black pepper.
Best grilled over hot Hardwood coals or charcoal, but is equally delicious fried in a pan or skillet, or broiled in the oven or air fryer.
Ingredients: Ground Beef, Beef Fat, Water, Salt, Spices & Spice Extracts, Dextrose, MSG (Flavour Enhancer), Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite. Artificial collagen casings.
